Ticket refunds are
only provided in the event of a cancellation. In such cases, only the nominal ticket price (face value) is refundable; service fees and additional service costs are non-refundable.
If the event organizer is a separate legal entity, Fridayticket is not directly responsible for the refund payment; however, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the process. The timing and completeness of refunds are managed by the organizer.
If the organizer has authorized Fridayticket to issue refunds, please send your request to
[email protected]. Approved refunds are automatically credited to the original payment card within
10 business days of the request.
Refunds only apply to tickets purchased through
https://fridayticket.com and must be requested by the original purchaser. For corporate purchases, refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
